Yesturday, I updated to 1.3 at work. On my way home I was listening to my Zune when suddenly it shuts down. This has happened to me in the past, but only a few times. Not to mention they where never one after the other. But this time was different. In the course of 30 minutes during my morning commute, my Zune shut down SIX times. I was not able to listen to any song with out it shutting down. This was all at 8:30 am est. I’m at work at the moment with my Zune on and it seems to be fine now. Im not sure what’s going on, but ill keep you guys updated.

Thanks ZuneCorp for this awesome find. The have found a step by step guide to upload ebooks into your Zune!
Great news! Some DIY kinda guy over at instructables has posted instructions for reading a book on your zune. I have hoped that this would come in a firmware update, but this should be just as good!
Basically: Install jpegbook, load your e-book (it needs to be a text file) and then change the output size to 320×240. Save the output files to a folder monitored by the Zune software and you’re good to go. The program generates the book as sequentially numbered JPEGs.
download jpegbook from here

For those XBox 360 users that just got a Zune- here is a tip. Did you know you can stream music from your Zune Software straight to your Xbox 360? This is a hidden fact that not many seem to know. Zunebrothers posted a Video of them playing Gears of War while streaming the zune brothers boogie off their Zune Software. He shows you step by step how to do it so not to worry. Paul is very knowledgeable in the Zune area, but not too much in the shooting Department. Oh i’m just kidding! Check out the video here.
Never heard of Zune Brothers? Well check out this interview i had with them last month!
