With the discovery that their chemistry was still going strong, the trio began pushing around some new music and auditioning singers for what became known as “the Project.”

Snippet Bio: Belying his status as a narcoleptic slacker icon, Badly Drawn Boy proved himself a tireless pop songwriter, with arrangements that reflect a great deal of creativity. Born Damon Gough, he began recording after meeting the like-minded Andy Votel at a Manchester nightclub. The pair formed the Twisted Nerve label, and Gough debuted as Badly Drawn Boy with an EP and several singles.

Snippet Bio: For over two decades Thomas Dolby Robertson has combined music and technology to great effect. The advent of MTV brought Dolby his initial exposure in the early 1980’s. His intelligent videos stood out from the pack, and his songs “She Blinded Me with Science” and “Hyperactive” became huge hits that have stood the test of time. His keyboard and production work put him in the studio with the likes of David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, Foreigner, Joni Mitchell, and George Clinton. Numerous awards and five Grammy nominations later, Dolby had achieved worldwide recognition as an artist.
